    JPMorgan Chase - Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Portfolio Management Office (PMO)

    Define, develop and monitor KPIs to monitor and manage Quality of Service (QoS) delivered by GTI to each LOB, following the merger with BankOne while in-sourcing 3000 IBM consultants, by increasing QoS provided to each LOB by 10%.

    AT&T - Bell Labs / United Healthcare - Network Architecture design - Project Management

    Responsible for the integration of the network’s architectures of United Healthcare Corporation, Travelers, and MetLife following corporate acquisitions. The project successfully achieved one common network, operating system, and topology, incorporated 33,000 nodes in over 390 sites.  

    Contributed to the creation of the single domain architecture to meet the clients demanding technical specifications. The domain infrastructure design achieved a letter of recommendation from Microsoft for outstanding network infrastructure design.

    The TGA system saved $250 million over four years, supporting 15,000 Financial Advisors in 700 US offices and 2,000 consultants internationally.

    As presented in Bill Gates book Business @Speed of Thought, TGA the most massive and most complex Windows NT development at the time, five-year project and a budget of $850 Million.
