We work with the client to understand and identify specific ITRM areas of focus based on the IT Governance, Risk and Control Management (GRC) Solution.
Define LoB specific Key Risk Indicators (KRI). Normalize LoB KRI to firm-wide metrics, including data source extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL), create data warehouse to provide data source for a ITRM Firm-wide Executive Dashboard, RAGing (Red, Amber, Green) each ITRM area of focus from each LoB, thus providing a clear visualization of the Firm’s Risk Posture and manage IT risk accordingly.
Improve Global IT Quality of Service
Following the acquisition of a Fortune 500 retail bank, the client wanted to improve the quality of service offered their twelve global LoBs.
CMLgroup worked with the client to develop robust KPIs, Scorecards and Reports to monitor and analyze Key Business Metrics in five areas, Service Excellence, Programs Execution, Risk Management and Control, Finance Management and Employee Engagement, for the Global Technology Infrastructure.
These Scorecard system allows the organization to measure the Level of Services provided by GTI to each LoB (internal clients) as well as how each LoB combined the Technology Infrastructure with their exclusive processes to provide service to clients (external clients)
Business Process Consolidation after Fortune 500 Investment Bank acquisition
Following the acquisition of a Fortune 100 investment bank, the client needed to consolidate the two organizations in to a new entity that provided clients of each organization with a wider range of services CMLgroup developed an Enterprise Project Management Office solution to Define, Measure and Manage the convergence project portfolio into nine projects, Business Requirements, Required Functional Specifications, Software Build-Outs, QA environment, User Acceptance Test, Legal Compliance, create training materials and procedures to train employees on newly developed systems.
The City University needed to create a Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE)
The client needed to re-engineer the PMO that supported projects across the 19 universities servicing over 490,000 students.
Planned, designed and implemented a Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE) as defined by PMI, PMBOK and Best Practices as defined by PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).
Designed and deployed the Project Management Methodology Guideline (PMMG). The PMMG was deployed on MS Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) includes support for document sharing, revision control, change management, risk management, discussion groups, and surveys.
Created a MS SharePoint Portal service for each university to share the PMCoE framework, project information, best practices, lessons learned and consolidated reporting for CUNY directors
